1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AFTR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. AFTR
AFTR is a service for creating and contributing photos to shared collections called Dumps. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as we develop the service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit. You grant AFTR a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to share your content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AFTR to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, share unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s invite link or Dump.
5. Privacy
Your use of AFTR is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
AFTR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service, including its availability, security, or suitability for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AFTR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to AFTR when necessary. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept them.
